How do I connect my WhatsApp account?

To connect your WhatsApp account, go to the Dashboard and click on "Scan WhatsApp QR Code". Open WhatsApp on your phone, go to Settings > WhatsApp Web/Desktop and scan the QR code displayed on your screen.

Is there a limit to how many messages I can send?

WhatsApp has certain limitations on bulk messaging. We recommend sending no more than 200 messages per day to avoid any restrictions. You can configure safe sending limits in the Settings page.

How do I import contacts?

You can import contacts by going to the Contact Book page and clicking on "Import Contacts". You can upload a CSV or Excel file with your contacts. Make sure the file has a column for phone numbers.

Can I schedule messages for later?

Yes, you can schedule messages by creating a campaign and selecting the "Schedule for later" option. You can set the date and time for your message to be sent.

How do I personalize messages for each contact?

You can personalize messages using variables like {{name}}, {{company}}, etc. These will be replaced with the actual values from your contact list when the messages are sent.
